1. About these terms

Liber8r is operated by Plumbing Web Guys Pty Ltd, trading as Tradie Web Guys (ACN 159 392 631, ABN 52 159 392 631). In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Tradie Web Guys.

By using Liber8r you agree to these terms. If you use it for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for that business.

2. What Liber8r is

Liber8r is a business diagnostic and information tool. It helps owners of trade-based businesses see how much of their work depends on any one source, where that exposure sits, and what to look at first.

It gives general information. It is not financial, legal, accounting, tax or other professional advice, and it does not take your full circumstances into account.

3. Your results

• Your result is based entirely on the answers you give, at the time you give them. We don't check or verify those answers.
• The accuracy of your result depends on the accuracy of your answers.
• Your result is an indication of exposure. It is not a valuation of your business, an assessment of its financial position, or a forecast of how it will perform.

4. No guarantees

We don't guarantee any business, financial or marketing outcome from using Liber8r or from acting on your Liber8r Game Plan™. Results such as leads, jobs, revenue or profit depend on many things outside the test and outside our control.

5. Your decisions

You remain responsible for the decisions you make about your business, including any decision based on your Liber8r result. For significant decisions, consider getting independent professional advice.

6. Cost and relationship

The Liber8r Test™ is free to take. Taking it does not make you a client of Tradie Web Guys and doesn't oblige you to buy anything. If you ask for our help and later engage us, that work will be covered by a separate agreement.

7. Acceptable use

When using Liber8r, you agree not to:

• use it for anything unlawful, or in a way that infringes anyone else's rights;
• interfere with, overload or try to gain unauthorised access to Liber8r or the systems behind it;
• use automated tools to submit answers, scrape content or access Liber8r in bulk;
• try to extract the questions, scoring or methodology in order to copy them or build a competing product;
• impersonate another person or business, or answer on behalf of a business you aren't authorised to represent; or
• enter sensitive information, or personal information about other people, in your answers.

We may restrict or stop access for anyone who breaks these terms.

8. Intellectual property

Liber8r™, Liber8r Test™, Liber8r Score™, Liber8r Map™ and Liber8r Game Plan™ are trade marks of Tradie Web Guys. The questions, scoring, methodology, content and design of Liber8r belong to us.

You may use your own results for your own business, including sharing them with your team and advisers. You may not copy, republish or commercially use the Liber8r methodology or content without our written permission.

The information you put into Liber8r stays yours. You give us permission to use it to provide the test and your result and, if you ask for our help, to respond to that request, as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Third-party services

The Liber8r Test™ runs in ChatGPT, which is operated by OpenAI. Your use of ChatGPT is also covered by OpenAI's own terms and policies. This website uses services from other providers too, such as Google and Meta. We are not responsible for the availability, content or practices of third-party services.

10. Availability and changes

We provide Liber8r as it is and as available. We may change, pause or stop any part of it at any time, including the questions and scoring. We may also update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use Liber8r after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot be excluded.

Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows, we exclude all other warranties, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or any loss of profit, revenue, business or opportunity, arising from your use of Liber8r or your reliance on your result. Where our liability can be limited but not excluded, it is limited to supplying the service again.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
