What is Liber8r™?
Liber8r™ is a free business diagnostic from Tradie Web Guys. It shows owners of trade-based businesses how much of their work depends on any one source, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, referrals, one builder, one property manager or organic leads, and what to tackle first so the business isn't exposed if that source slows down.
It isn't anti-ads or anti-referrals. It tests dependence, not whether you use a particular channel.
How the test works
- Liber8r Test™. A short conversation that asks about eight areas of your business. It takes a few minutes.
- Liber8r Score™. Each area scores 0 to 2, giving a total out of 16. Higher means more exposed.
- Liber8r Map™. Shows where the exposure sits across the eight areas, and what's already working.
- Liber8r Game Plan™. Three priorities, in order, based on your answers.
The eight areas
- Paid Acquisition Dependency. How much of the calendar relies on paid ads.
- Demand Diversification. How many genuine sources of work you have.
- Relationship Concentration. How much rides on one builder, property manager or account.
- Pipeline Confidence. How clearly you can see the work coming.
- Database & Follow-Up. Whether old quotes and past customers get worked.
- Reputation Engine. Whether finished jobs turn into reviews and proof by system, not luck.
- Website Authority. Whether your website pulls its weight in search.
- AI Visibility. Whether you show up when people ask AI platforms.
What your score means

Before you start
- It's free, and you don't need to give an email address to start.
- The test runs in ChatGPT. If ChatGPT asks you to sign in or create an account, that's ChatGPT, not us. We never ask for your ChatGPT password.
- Have a rough idea of where your work comes from. Best estimates are fine.
Common problems
The button says the test "opens soon"
The Liber8r Test™ isn't publicly available yet. Check back shortly.
I clicked the button and nothing happened
The test opens in a new tab. Check whether your browser blocked a pop-up, look for the new tab, or try another browser. Ad blockers and strict privacy extensions occasionally interfere, so try with them paused.
The test stopped or I got interrupted halfway
Start a new conversation from the button on this site and go again. It only takes a few minutes. Depending on your ChatGPT settings, your earlier conversation may still be in your ChatGPT history.
My result doesn't look right
Your result is built only from your answers, so a guess in one area can shift it. Retake the test with your best figures. Remember the score measures dependence on a source, not how good your work is.
Can I take it again?
Yes, as often as you like. It's worth retaking after you make changes, to see how your Map moves.

Privacy and your data
Do I have to give you my email or phone number?
No. You only give contact details if you choose to ask us for help after your result.
Who sees my answers?
The test runs in ChatGPT, so OpenAI processes the conversation. We receive your answers and result where our systems process the test, and your contact details only if you ask for help. Our Privacy Policy has the full detail.
Can I get my information deleted?
Yes. Email info@tradiewebguys.com.au and we'll take care of it, unless the law requires us to keep something, in which case we'll tell you.
Do you sell my information?
No.
